Pedestrian zones and other highly frequented locations are therefore the focus of our activities as project developers of retail properties. Since its establishment, the Stoffel Group has completed more than 100 commercial properties. Today, some of them are part of the centres that shape the cityscape of German inner cities. The Stoffel brand stands not only nationally, but also internationally for first-class projects (e.g. in Washington and San Antonio).
